No one is quite sure how they got to the island of Payatt, or how to get home. But for centuries people have been mysteriously appearing there, and just as mysteriously disappearing. With no other choice, most of those people settled into the cities there and made a new life for themselves. Eventually the forces that disrupted so many lives seemed to be settling down.
Until recently, when a sudden surge in new arrivals drew everyone's attention. Why, after so many quiet years, were people showing up again? Some of them with powers unseen before?
And to a few people in Payatt, people who were playing a dangerous game, these new arrivals were very interesting indeed. |
Beyond is a panfandom game that follows the standard 'you are stuck and can't leave' formula. Different from others, however, most people are not interested in staying there. See if you can figure your way through the power struggles and riddles; see if you can tell the difference between friend and foe. Can you find your way home, or will you be used like a pawn? Or will you use others in their own game?
